Pregnancy Safe Classes

Your PregnaHub® subscription includes four live Busylizzy online class passes per month (of your choice) which are delivered via Zoom.

All classes are suitable from 14 – 40 weeks.

The live online class environment promotes accountability and enables two way communication with the instructor so you can ask questions, get help and feel fully supported in every session.

Monday 

Yoga 19:00 - 19:45 The combination of breathing, relaxation techniques and postures will create inner balance to help overcome any challenges during pregnancy, labour, birth or postnatal recovery.

Tuesday (1)

Pilates 12:00 - 12:30 Sessions involve a series of gentle stretches, movements and holds that help to improve your strength and coordination. Classes end incorporating deep breathing and relaxation. 

Tuesday (2)

Vibe Aerobics 18:00 - 18:30 Continuing your fitness regime or starting a new one can be a challenge so our specially designed fitness class incorporates gentle aerobic, toning and strengthening exercises set to music.

Wednesday

Frequently Asked Questions

How many classes are included with the PregnaHub® subscription?

Four class passes per month for any classes of your choice. If you need to cancel last minute because you can’t make it/don’t fancy it on that day, the class pass will be credited back to your account. All 4 passes must be used within the month and the number will reset each month- they cannot be carried over.

How do I book onto a class?

When you join Busylizzy via the PregnaHub®, you will get access to their booking system and app. You can simply book onto any online live classes you like and you will be sent the Zoom link.

What device/tech do I need?

Our live online classes are delivered via Zoom which gives you a 2 way class experience with the instructor and other participants if you choose. The same instructors teach each week so you’ll soon get to know the Busylizzy team!

Do I need to have my mic on?

No. All mics will be muted by the instructor to avoid distraction during the class. However, before and after the class please feel free to turn on your mic to chat to the instructor and fellow members.

Do I need to have my camera on?

It is up to you whether you have your camera on or not. It can feel nice and contribute to the ‘community’ feel by turning your camera on, but if you enjoy the privacy or have a busy household and and would rather keep the camera off, that is also fine. Please note that if you do have your camera on, spend a few moments finding the best place for it, keep the light or window in front of you or you’ll be a shadow, and position it away from you, so we can see you.
