Session 1: The science behind the mind body connection and the hormones of parenthood. What you can control vs what you can't control and how to overcome feelings of anxiety.

The fully tailored abdominal birth course & support package include:

  • 9.5 hours of ‘live’ learning (8 hours as a group + the 1.5 hour postnatal preparation session which is held on Zoom each month and you can choose which month you attend)
